Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Bonney Lake, Washington.

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. During new product launches, holidays, or especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping options available for your order.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.
 

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Bonney Lake, Washington.

Choose Local Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges. We'll contact you when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.
 

Returns

We hope you love your Paper & Pine purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging when applicable.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package orders before they leave Paper & Pine, but occasionally something may go wrong along the way.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when possible.

We'll work with you to make it right.
 

Handmade & Natural Variations

Some Paper & Pine products may feature natural materials, handmade details, or finishes that develop character over time. Slight variations in color, texture, grain, placement, or finish may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

For example, waxed canvas naturally develops creases, marks, and variations with handling and use. These characteristics are part of the material and make each piece a little different.
 

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized or custom-made products, if offered in the future, may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
 

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll issue the refund to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
